It uses CFC-free polyurethane foams for its insulation systems and environmentally friendly Freon R404A for its refrigeration systems.

All products - fitted with an electrical system - that are sold within the European market are CE-certified while the products exported to the U.S.A. and Canada bear the ETL and CSA marks, respectively.
